It means that our specialist Construction and Engineering Group is well-equipped to advise clients on all aspects of the documentation relating to construction and development projects, including building contracts, professional appointments, collateral warranties, bank and surety bonds and insurance issues, development and funding agreements and agreements for lease. We are also experts in carrying out audits of the completed construction documentation used in projects that our clients wish to purchase or invest in.
The Construction and Engineering team works closely with colleagues in the Commercial Property team, meaning that both have a good working knowledge of each other's practice areas: an essential for dealing effectively with the legal aspects of important and complex development projects.
