Our Employment team handles all aspects of employment law from the drafting of terms of employment to the representation of clients in tribunals and the courts. 

Employment law is fast changing and often highly complex.  Our lawyers are able to offer specialist advice on areas such as the TUPE regulations, redundancy and downsizing, the drafting and enforcement of restrictive covenants, share option and employee benefit schemes, executive immigration and industrial relations.

Our lawyers are used to being called upon to provide urgent advice in response to the demands of unforeseen situations such as workplace discrimination and dismissal situations.

The team act for employees as well as employers and handle both contentious and non-contentious matters.
