Led by partner Philip Cohen and Tony Bown, the team handles all aspects of insolvency and related practice for clients ranging from major international corporates to partnerships, private individuals and creditors. This includes advising on turnarounds, restructurings and workouts, rescues, receiverships, administration, liquidation and formal corporate and individual insolvency.
Our services include advice on debt restructuring, lender security, advice in relation to the insolvency of property portfolios and advising on the implications of TUPE - Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment Regulations 1981). We can also advise on issues relating to wrongful trading and the liability of directors, as well as the creation of recovery strategies and the enforcement of security.
