Here our principal role is to provide them with separate representation in dealing with the legal aspects of originating Ijara and Murabaha structures in England and Wales. Our experience in this specialist area has equipped us to develop strategies to help minimise delays and expense for all parties. As well as offering a greater level of day-to-day help to the borrower’s legal advisers than is normally required in conventional mortgage lending, we have also developed a special web-enabled workflow-based system that enables lenders to instruct us and monitor the progress of their cases online.
