John O’Connell, Charlie Gerada, Steven Fullman and James Scicluna were all involved at different stages in the sale of the entire issued share capital of the UK master franchise of the Dollar and Thrifty Car Rental franchise.

Congratulations are due to long time client of Jeffrey Green Russell, Robert Burton. On the same date (1st April 2006) he sold his interest in the UK master franchisee of the Dollar and Thrifty Car Rental franchises and acquired the UK master franchise for Auntie Anne’s soft pretzels.
