Franklin Price is a partner in Jeffrey Green Russell’s litigation department and has worked in litigation since 1984.
Franklin has a broad litigation practice, including contractual disputes, employment, shipping, insurance, insolvency, debt recovery and parking offences and is particularly specialised in property related disputes and matrimonial work.
Franklin combines a thorough grasp of underlying commercial realities with a technical appreciation of relevant legislation to produce innovative arguments for his clients which
has resulted in many of Franklin’s cases being cited in the official law reports.
Franklin is regularly asked to contribute to legal journals on subjects related to his practice areas and to present at conferences. He is a member of Resolution (the Solicitors’ Family Law Association) and legal adviser to the London Motorists’ Action Group.
