Franklin Price is head of Jeffrey Green Russell’s Property Litigation Group. Franklin has worked in commercial litigation since 1984, specialising in property related disputes. He acts for both for landlords and tenants and his expertise includes disputed dilapidation claims and lease renewals under the 1954 Landlord and Tenant Act. His cases regularly appear in the High Court. Franklin combines a thorough grasp of underlying commercial realities with a technical appreciation of relevant legislation. He is regularly asked to contribute to legal journals on subjects related to this practice area and to present at conferences. He has developed a particular expertise advising on adjudication. He has a strong mediation practice, and has developed a track record for successfully challenging adjudicators’ decisions on behalf of clients.
