Kamran Rehman
Senior Solicitor
Kamran is a Senior Commercial Litigation Solicitor and works mainly for the firm's banking and finance clients bringing and defending claims on their behalf. His work includes professional negligence claims (particularly against valuers and solicitors), complex defended repossession cases and mortgage fraud. Kamran also deals with debt recovery, corporate insolvency and bankruptcy. In suitable cases, he is prepared to work on a "no win, no fee" basis under conditional fee agreements.
Kamran has worked both in industry and private practice and readily understands the commercial realities faced by businesses. He offers practical, concise and cost effective solutions that adds value for clients.
Kamran is a keen runner, completing two London Marathons raising over £6000 for charity and enjoys travelling, reading and the occasional skiing.
