Pre-nuptial agreements given green light by Court of Appeal

The Court of Appeal handed down judgment last week in the case of Radmacher v Granatino [2009] which could now see English courts forced to recognise the binding powers of pre-nuptial agreements on spouses' divorce or the dissolution of civil partnerships.
